The Agrikon KAM Ltd. formed its organization according to the current market expectations, and it operates according to the attached organization structure since September, 2013.The following main products belong to Agrikon KAM Ltd.’s scope of activities:

Forage harvesters
Cabins for construction machines (wheel loaders, excavators, road rollers, etc.)
Cabins for tractors
Cabins for other self-propelled machines
welded and semi-assembled main parts for the above machines, such as feederhouses, various additional structures, and other welded, assembled and painted subassemblies

The Agrikon KAM Ltd. formed its organization according to the current market expectations, and it operates according to the attached organization structure since September, 2013.

At present, Mr. Pál Hugyecz directs Agrikon KAM Ltd., whose qualification is agricultural engineer, and has more than 40 years of management experience. Mr. Pál Velkey, the General Manager assists his work, whose qualification is electrical engineer, and has been the General Manager of Agrikon KAM Ltd. since August 1, 2008.

Agrikon KAM Ltd. has been working since 1993 as a 100% privately owned company. In the presentation document you can see the site of Agrikon, the area of which is 65.000 m2, and the built area (building) is 36.000 m2 of it. Beyond this area we have got a free 60.000 m2 free industrial land which can be developed for any purpose.

In 2008, Agrikon has got 720 people staff, from local and commuting workers from max. 30 km. At present, our staff is 350 workers so in case of new projects we have no difficulties for expansion on the field of blue or white collar workers, the missing staff can be filled from the neighbouring free labour force.

Agrikon KAM Ltd. is a financially stable company with no short or long-term credit liabilities. To finance the new projects we have got the financing opportunities from the Hungarian EXIM Bank both for the development and for the operating assets.

The environmental situation of Agrikon KAM Ltd. is stable, has the appropriate authorization documents, and operates accordingly.

The accounting system of Agrikon KAM Ltd. is based on the Hungarian accounting standards, and an integrated ERP system (IFS) assists to carry out the accounting and the engineering, production management and material- and production planning tasks.
