Agrikon KAM Ltd. has been dealing with the manufacturing of these products for more than 30 years. With the important developments of the past years, a manufacturing process according to the highest European standards has been implemented in the factory.

The manufacturing process can be divided up in four main parts:

1. Parts manufacturing: from the steel raw materials (sheet, tube, pipe, etc.) with laser cutters, laser puncher presses, program controlled bending-off presses, and other parts manufacturing machines we make semi-manufactured products for welding.
   
   
2. Welding: welding of the parts in welding booths, welding lines with special welding machines and robots. The 14 pcs of welding robots are suitable for for welding from flat, pre-welded units to complete cabins.
   
   
3. Surface treatment: the surface of the welded parts is treated with various painting equipment (cataphoretic priming and painting line, plastic powder painting, liquid finishing painting lines).
   
   
4. Assembly: the assembly of the ready surface treated parts is made in a modern production hall built in 2007 of 6200 sq.m as line progressive process.
   
   

After packaging the complete products are taken by trucks or by railway cars from the company site.

The whole manufacturing process is dominated by the Western-European manufacturing technology as Agrikon is able to provide its competitive position only in this way. This is also supported with the high level in-factory logistic process, which makes the servicing of the manufacturing process more high-standard.
